Rooted in imagination and guided by gentle routines, we help kids process big feelings, build body awareness, and shine from the inside out—one colorful pose at a time.
We believe every child deserves tools for self-expression, calm, and confidence. With every mat unrolled, we’re creating a world where emotional wellness is as fun and natural as play.

Lani’s Rainbow Wellness is a magical kids’ yoga and mindfulness space created to help children feel strong, calm, and connected—from the inside out. Through playful movement, storytelling, and imagination, we help little ones grow brave in their bodies and bright in their hearts.

Our Story
Lani’s Rainbow Wellness was born from a mama’s love and a little girl’s light. Inspired by my daughter Lani—our vibrant, bubbly, rainbow baby—this brand is a magical bridge between play and wellness.
With storytelling, movement, and color at the heart, Lani’s Rainbow Wellness brings yoga to life through gentle classes, joyful characters, and a whole world of fun.
